He earned a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in History and Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 1987. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in 1990.
John specializes in promotional/advertising/media law, transactional business and corporate matters, real estate, and trademark applications. He possesses extensive experience counseling individual and business clients in a wide range of legal issues.
John is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Michigan and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
John loves the University of Michigan and its sports teams but that doesn’t prevent him from having many, many stellar relationships with clients who support Michigan State.

Lisa attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan on an academic scholarship, graduating cum laude in Honors English and Honors Political Science in 1986. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1990.
Her legal practice focuses on employment, media and advertising law, estate planning and administration, real estate, and corporate transactions.
Lisa is the former Chair of the Employment Law Section, Oakland County Bar Association, has published for the organization’s Laches magazine, and is active in that organization. Since 2012, she has been Of-Counsel at the Bogas & Koncius P.C. law firm.
Lisa is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Michigan, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Claims.
